Three 6 minute AMRAP’s

One minute rest between each AMRAP

12 hand release push ups

4 overhead squats

Scaled 95/65

In 6 minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible. Once the 6 minutes is up. Rest one minute, when you begin the next 6 minutes pick up from where you left off.
