Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete 6 back squats at 70% of your 1RM

1 Squat Snatch @ 70% of 1 RM
*With each round completed, you must do one additional full snatch at the end. For example – after completing your 4th round, you must do 4 full snatches @ 70%.

*Penalty – At the end of each round, when snatches must be performed, you must run 200M after your first missed snatch. Once back from the run, complete however many snatches are left before beginning your next round. Do not run multiple times if you miss multiple times in the same round. Maximum of 1 penalty run per round, regardless of how many misses you have. Every rep is a point.
