Run 800 m

50 Dead Lift (225/155)
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Power Cleans (155/115)
100 Slam Ball (35/25)
50 Overhead Squat (115 / 75)
100 Burpees

Run 800 M

*Both partners run together. One person works movement while other is resting. Goal is equal distribution of workload. If Solo then halve the movement reps (or for a challenge do as is!)

*50 Min Time cap! Quick warm up, pick a partner, then get to work!
