Back Squats

Set 1: 7 Reps @ 75%

Set 2: 6 Reps @ 80%

Set 3&4: 5 Reps @ 85%

Set 5: 3 Reps @ 90%

Set 6: Max Reps @ 75%

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Burpee Ladder

1 Burpee the first minute… 2 the second minute… 3 the third minute

Preform burpees until unable to complete the appropriot amount of reps in the time frame
