Strength – Push Press

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes, complete:

5 reps @ 75% of 1RM + 5-10lbs


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 rounds of:

Min 1: 7 DL 255/165

Min 2: 70 DU’s

Min 3: 7 Strict HSPU

*There are 336 possible total reps. Goal is to complete as many of them as possible. If you only get 60 DU’s during one of your minutes, then those are 10 reps you have lost and can not get back. At that point, the best you could do is 326. There will be no rest given between rounds. The clock keeps ticking.
