I chose CrossFit because I need a structured and planned workout. Knowing there are other people there doing the same thing helps. I have never been able to go to the gym by myself and have the motivation to work hard without structure or someone there. I have only been doing CrossFit for about six months but the biggest thing I have noticed is my endurance has increased. The friendships you form with the athletes in your class is a big reason I keep coming back. Knowing everyone is going through the same thing you are and there to support and encourage you makes even the toughest of workouts enjoyable.
