20 YD Burpee Broad Jump (or where we start and finish our warm ups)

10 Push-ups

10 Hang Snatches (95/65)

20 YD Bear Crawl back to partner

*Score is the amount of rounds and reps completed (20 yd broad jumps= 20reps) Only one partner working at a time. One partner will go through an entire round, then tag partner.
