Classes For All Fitness Levels
Every workout is fully adaptable for any experience level. What sets us apart is our in-house physical therapist, who assesses your movement and helps ensure safe, effective progress towards your goals
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, training for your first 5K, or staying active for everyday life, we provide expert coaching, adaptable workouts, and a supportive team—so you can focus on results.
KIDS CROSSFIT
For ages 5 and up, these classes introduce children to a variety of physical activities in a fun, encouraging environment. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to students seeking off-season sports conditioning.
Our CrossFit Kids classes are offered year-round, making it easy to participate alongside other sports and activities:
Wednesdays: 3:30–4:30 PM
Fridays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Classes are taught by certified Kids CrossFit Coaches, ensuring safe instruction, proper movement, and age-appropriate programming. We encourage parents to call us with any questions or come watch a class.
Enrollment Options:
Drop-in (single class): $15
Once per week: $60/month
Twice per week: $75/month
