Every workout is fully adaptable for any experience level. What sets us apart is our in-house physical therapist, who assesses your movement and helps ensure safe, effective progress towards your goals

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, training for your first 5K, or staying active for everyday life, we provide expert coaching, adaptable workouts, and a supportive team—so you can focus on results.

KIDS CROSSFIT

For ages 5 and up, these classes introduce children to a variety of physical activities in a fun, encouraging environment. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to students seeking off-season sports conditioning.

Our CrossFit Kids classes are offered year-round, making it easy to participate alongside other sports and activities:

    • Wednesdays: 3:30–4:30 PM

    • Fridays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Classes are taught by certified Kids CrossFit Coaches, ensuring safe instruction, proper movement, and age-appropriate programming. We encourage parents to call us with any questions or come watch a class. 


Enrollment Options:
Drop-in (single class): $15
Once per week: $60/month
Twice per week: $75/month

BEGIN KIDS CROSSFIT ENROLLMENT

Class schedule

Legends 55+

Specialized fitness classes for adults 55+ focused on functional strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Using safe, age-appropriate movements for lifting, squatting, and pushing, along with extended warm-ups and cool-downs. These classes build confidence for daily activities and promote longevity in a supportive, community-centered environment. Designed to improve overall health, reduce fall risk, and maintain quality of life, all workouts are adaptable for varying fitness levels and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist and certified coach.

 

Thursdays 10:30 – 11:30
Punch Pass of 10 Classes: $160

Focus Areas:
• Functional Strength for daily tasks and independence
• Balance & Stability to prevent falls
• Mobility & Flexibility to improve joint health and range of motion
• Bone Density through safe weight-bearing exercises


Class Structure:

Warm-up • Strength/Skill Work • Modified Workout (WOD) • Cool-down/Mobility

1:1 PErsonal training
